I've lived at Villas of Seagoville for a year and a half. Honestly, I can't imagine living anywhere else! The garden home style is wonderful ... feels more like a house instead of an apartment. The landscaping is beautiful, and I love being able to plant flowers and decorate my own "yard". The management and maintenance staff are awesome! The few issues I've experienced have been resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Villas of Seagoville for any senior looking for a peaceful, quiet, well-managed place to call home!

I lived there from 2016- 2018 when it was under a good management. Just to warn you all that if you have any respiratory issues that most of all the Apts have black mold. When it was reported they covered it up with paint etc. Now to report since covid19 several of the residents have died, do we know how they stopped the infected Apts? Beware of the contract you sign they're not all correct or specify clearly their rules? Low income based is just the beginning!
I've been in my apartment in the villa for almost 5 years I love it here the people are friendly the manager is beautiful always get the job done beautiful place to stay and pray that you can get out here you wouldn't want to leave .

I belive my friend robert i searched for to get a car being a dealer in sales. Found his daughter working at a mesquite store .She told me a close AA friend had died an to hear that was Another let down in a hope of prayer. To only find his wife may 27 at lease 17 years of bob an bills help was to ashamed to ask for help .The daughter, her daughter an a chat on a phone was as good as knowing that dang fool went to heaven with three beers. The last. Om' thats a loss to the poor man looking to get a set of wheels. Amen Robert Bobby an them tooth akc kids wanting your pills ..lol ha mima on that game..see ya all soon?
