Excellent quiet place My client lives there and he absolutely loves it there! Maintenance is fantastic, and the place is very well kept!!! I rarely ever need to go to the office, so I am not commenting on the staff, but my client is happy there!

Maintenance staff is amazing! Thank you Galen! Leasing staff are just downright rude! Disrespectful! I left the leasing office in tears on more than 1 occasion. I spoke with other tenants who had similar experiences.The nearby sewer plant is awful! Can't stand to be outside some days. The smell is so bad. My rent increased by more than 100.00 a month in 1 year. The lease agreement and in house recertification paper work are contradictory! Read carefully! They are no help! I moved after 1 year due to the stress I was caused by leasing staff and the rent increase.
Loved living there! Nice and competent staff, beautiful apartments. Will miss you Andrew and Galen!
