From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort that is truly rare to find. The atmosphere here is so inviting and makes you feel right at home. The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Yvette and Janet are shining stars in this establishment. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication to the residents are evident in everything they do. They took the time to answer all my questions with patience and understanding, making me feel valued and cared for. Their hospitality is unmatched, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported. My experience when I visited my loved one was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed with the family style environment. It was so comforting and just gave me of a warm feeling. This community is one beautiful place. it so clean, the staff are so nice and helpful. I want to give kudos to some compassionate, caring,and very knowledgeable staff members. Yvette, Janet and few others have been there for over 15 years. That says a lot about this community. The Villas at San Bernardino is the best kept secret in San Bernardino. Keep up the great job you all do for the Seniors in your care. I highly recommend your facility.
From the very beginning with our experience with Crystal Wilkins, we felt like we were making the right decision that this would be Frederick Acunas’home. I no longer have to worry about his care because of people you have here like Maria Rosas. I know he’s in good hands. I was also fortunate enough To meet Margaret Herrera, who handles his laundry and Maribel Arteaga Who kindly answered all the questions I Had. To call the Villas and their staff a blessing is an understatement- they are truly God sent❤️

Janet plans the best activities and makes the Villas lively. Yvette is your go-to to address concerns and addresses them in a respectful and timely manner.
