MEDIOCRE - AVOID How to sum up these past few days? One word: DISAPPOINTMENT Room beyond dated, room maintenance needs to be improved, no toilet paper, had to redo the cleaning upon arrival by going to buy products to clean the floor, the toilet, and get toilet paper... Mold in the bathroom, horrible smell of damp, quite persistent, plus the toilet water kept running non-stop.... Old-fashioned tiles, very dangerous shower step, no safety... Deplorable welcome, bordering on feeling like a bother.... no response to the complaints made to reception. Only Gwen and Camille are welcoming in the restaurant... Regarding the meals, how can I put it, it's worse than a canteen: starters not homemade (the same ones for several days...), opening a can is simple, frankly it's shameful, the cheese is industrial, no assortment, the first few pieces are even refilled at the next meal... the main courses, no regional specialties... have Two or three meals in a row, the same meal, and having a "so-called" pasta party. Excuse me, but having this kind of buffet is clearly a disgrace... industrial bread too. To be honest, avoid this place, except for the "proximity" to the beach (more than 500m away), but even the mini golf course is dilapidated and unusable, the buildings are dilapidated, the photos are misleading!!! Oh, and not being able to sit on the balcony because the chairs are cracked... Move on and avoid a painful experience. Honestly, having waited for this "vacation" for this, I'm disgusted by the expense for this place...

We stayed for a week at the Azureva Pornichet center and our experience was generally pleasant, with some very positive points, but also some aspects to improve. The positive points: • Top staff: the whole team is friendly, accessible and very professional. We feel well welcomed and supported throughout the stay. • Quality catering: the meals are excellent, varied, well cooked and often original. The chef deserves to be praised for his work! Please note, this is not always suitable for young children. • An ideal location: the center is located just 300 meters from a beautiful, clean beach, easily accessible on foot. • Daily entertainment: the club offers activities every day, which energizes your stay. Points to improve: • Dated accommodation: we stayed in a bungalow that had obviously remained in its 70s style. As soon as you enter, you arrive directly in a room, which lacks privacy. The spring mattresses are completely worn out, the front door handle was damaged, and the toilet flush was left in our hands. • Lack of maintenance: the accommodation was not clean when we arrived, with a lot of dust and minimal cleaning. • No children's play area: despite the activities offered, the absence of a dedicated play area for the little ones is regrettable. In summary, the Azureva Pornichet center offers a great human and culinary experience in a pleasant setting, but the accommodation clearly deserves renovation to be up to par with the rest of the services.
