Totally agree with the negative reviews. For our family member in this nursing home, we should not have chosen this establishment. Yes we regret! It's not enough to have beautiful decorations! The background is more important... Personally no thank you, for this Ehpad.

I thank the staff for their kindness and empathy. Mom left us on December 27 and I was left to watch over her for part of the night. Everyone came to offer me their condolences. I was given time to vacate the room which was very well maintained. Mom liked it there and she left peacefully and without suffering. Thanks again for everything. Rous Muguette
We came to collect the belongings of our deceased grandfather.. meet at 10 a.m., we stay in front of the door for 10 minutes ringing the bell.. The boxes had to be ready and placed at the entrance because we were no longer allowed to go to his room but nothing was done! We waited 40 minutes for the maintenance team to pack up... well done... No support, it was an ASH who took care of us (thanks only to her 😊). We didn't see anyone afterwards and we had the strong impression of being treated like nothing...because they were no longer a CUSTOMER. A shame! Which surely reflects the skill of the carder if there is one because frankly we wouldn't say it.
My personal opinion. I do not recommend this Anatole France facility in Frontignan, Hérault. Placement of a close relative. Lack of seriousness on certain points! This is not followed up at the management level within this nursing home. Rather disappointing for me and the family. In addition, the linen comes back not very clean and is missing. At the start, there were praises, and in the end, I was surprised by certain things, disappointed by the rest, knowingly. It is already a difficult emotional situation for the family unit, to have to place a family member in a nursing home. It adds another layer of worry.
