Terrible service. Room wasn't cleaned before check in- dirty sheets and cutlery from previous guests was left over. No soap in bathroom. We got charged twice for spending only 1 night- and they STILL haven't refunded the money WEEKS later- someone new always answers the phone claiming to know nothing about it. Terrible service. Stay far away unless you want to waste your money and time.

Super recomendo! O hotel na verdade é uma casa de repouso para idosos, mas como não tem todos os quartos ocupados, converteram alguns em hotel. Amamos ficar lá, super super silencioso, bem espaçoso (tendo um quarto grande, sala, banheiro imenso e uma mini cozinha) e o atendimento da recepção muito boa também, todos solicitos e simpáticos. Chegamos a noite, aí o responsável não falava inglês, mas conseguimos nos comunicar com um pouco de francês e mímica hahahaha (sempre bom aprender o básico antes de vir, para situações como essa). A localização, por mais que pareça longe, fica pertinho do metrô, então tá perto de tudo. Excelente custo benefício, retornarei com certeza! Ah! E você tem a opção de pedir o café no quarto 🥐
My mother stayed at Domitys Plaisance for 18 years. She spent very good years there. The apartment was very pleasant, the neighborhood quiet but lively, and above all the staff very attentive. Very pleasant place, 4* stay because of the hospital proximity, causing more traffic. But electric roller shutters, spacious bathroom and top-notch bedding! 2 balconies, place with trees and flowers. I will come back
Very good reception on the reception side the catering manager as well as the waitresses are top notch and very pleasant in the kitchen they were all very nice to me the housekeeping manager was also very nice to me but the staff remains to be desired unwelcoming cold are never happy with what we do. the intern
