Village on the Park Plano truly exceeded all of our expectations! The community is absolutely beautiful inside and out — the landscaping is perfectly maintained, and every apartment we toured felt bright, spacious, and modern with beautiful finishes. The entire place smells clean and fresh, which really stood out to us compared to other communities we visited. Every single staff member we encountered has been warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and their families. We feel so confident and at peace knowing our mom will be in such great hands here. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of touring Village in the Park recently, and I must say, it has quickly become my top choice for my family member. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and I had a wonderful tour with the Executive Director, who made sure all of my questions were answered and gave me a clear understanding of the amenities, care and lifestyle offered at the community. Overall, I’m really impressed with everything I saw and experienced. This is definitely a wonderful place for anyone looking for a vibrant, caring, and well-maintained community. I can absolutely see this being the perfect home for my family member, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering senior living options. A Happy client
Our experience started out wonderfully. As with our previous experience, turnover becomes an issue. For our 1st 3 yrs the team hardly had any turnover, but in recent months there has been a new ED, Chef & custodial staff. On most fronts, the staff have been wonderful. Please keep it up and take care of YOUR people, taking care of OUR people.
UPDATE: Our Dad has moved in and we are MORE OVER THE MOON THAN WE THOUGHT POSSIBLE. Now, we have the pleasure of working with Ricardo, Head of Maintenance! He has literally gone above and beyond to make sure our dad has everything he wants and needs in terms of his apt TV, and anything else. He even takes the time to talk to my dad about his grand dad. I mean this place is exceptional!!!! Finding a home for our senior parent was a very emotional experience until I found Village on the Park Plano, and then we knew immediately we were home! Jeanell was kind enough to call us and discuss some of the details and then waited for me on a Friday night to give me a tour. She was even more wonderful in person than on the phone! There I got to meet Meka and Fabrese and felt an instant sigh of relief because they just made it seem like they had it all under control. I went back again today because I couldn't believe how beautiful and clean and well maintained everything looked at night so I wanted to make sure I wasn't imagining it and of course, it is even more beautiful in the daylight. Chef Omar showed me around and Cody at the front desk made me feel welcome. I can't wait until move in day!!! Thank you to the most wonderful team!
Relocating my grandpa from Florida to Dallas was a big transition, but Village on the Park Plano went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Since he didn’t have any other family in Florida, we wanted to make sure his move was handled with care — and they exceeded every expectation. The team was incredibly accommodating, even helping arrange movers and scheduling a 3rd party assessment to ensure my grandpa’s care needs were fully understood before his move — no surprises at all. Everyone we’ve worked with has been amazing. Huge shoutout to Meka, Eriahna, and Jeanell for their kindness, professionalism, and constant communication throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a safe, beautiful, and supportive place for your senior loved ones, I 100% recommend Village on the Park Plano. Your family member will be in great hands here!
