Village on the Park Bentonville was absolutely wonderful the entire time my father-in-law called this “home” — until he received his angel wings! The management staff made it a priority to make certain the residents were happy and adjusted. They took time to get to “know” who lived there as well. The nursing staff was fabulous and very attentive to their patients and showed them love. The dining staff was fun and meals were very good! Our family member was not a man to sit idle, and they had great activities and outings all the time. If you got bored, it’s because you wanted to. Thank you VOP for loving our entire family while our Pops lived with you!!

I got fired from here after being told I had to provide proof of residency for five years, to be honest, why couldn't they get all of that during the orientation? But the biggest part that bothers me is when they literally paid for some of the 5 star ratings. They held a raffle for employees to rate 5 stars on Google, those employees got entered for a chance to win prizes. And from my experience of working there, there's a select few good staff there. The pay for housekeeping is horrible, especially for everything we were asked to do. For as much as they charge for residency, it's amazing they can't afford pay raises. I actually know people who moved out and employees who left because of the bad management. It's a beautiful place, I just wish the management was as good as they're presentation. Besides, it's bad when the management uses favoritism to decide who to hire and fire.
Such a beautiful facility that has workers that care. If you’re looking for a nice assisted living or in need of memory care, this is the one to choose! They also have independent living in cottages! :)
My experience with Village on the Park was amazing. While looking for assisted living facilities for my mother we came across Village on the Park, and I couldn't be more impressed. Leigh Ann was so kind, patient, warm, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. She was also very quick to help us with touring the facility and so sweet and compassionate while showing us what Village on the Park has to offer. As for the facility by the end of the tour I wanted to move in. The staff was friendly, it was clean and felt more like a luxury hotel and not a clinical assisted living facility. The apartments were beautiful!!! Tons of space with big windows to let in natural light, and the closets!!! HUGE!! Village on the Park will give you the peace of mind you are looking for if you are thinking of having your loved one enter into a more concentrated senior care. Amazing place!
This community is very beautiful and quaint. The staff consistently delivers on quality care, engaging activities and nutritious meals. Housekeeping works daily to insure a clean environment. We have been very pleased since moving in. Staff listens and addresses issues when they arise. We could not be more happy with our decision!
