Living here has it positive points. Fun events for the residents. Neighbors are nice folks. Your land rent is basically all profit for McKee with very little coming back to the homeowner. Rent increases by $25 or higher each year. Taxes are lower living in New Hope compared to other areas. Add this amount to the land rent and it isn't any cheaper than other places. Never really felt like a homeowner. Miss the people 😢 there but not gerbil living.

I would love to buy there, however, the bylaws strictly prohibit motorcycles of any kind. I believe this is an outdated regulation and should be reviewed. Many active adults over 55 ride and the homes here are nice. I believe more people su h as myself would be interested in purchasing if the regulation was changed. Hopefully it will some day and this narrow minded view of motorcycles can change.
Buckingham Springs is a wonderful community located in beautiful central Bucks County. There is much to see and do in and around the community in every season.
A beautiful place. Single level living so very wheelchair friendly. Beautiful, well kept grounds. The upkeep for individual lots is the responsibility of the homeowner. Homes are very well kept. I don't know about cost, but every resident I've met has been very pleasant.
Quiet living, if you like that. Modest sized single floor living. Clubhouse, hall, and outdoor pool.
