Great service when I was buying the grill. The price was much less then anyone including Amazon. The selling point was the grill was delivered put together and they took away my old grill. I will only shop with this store, and if I want grill accessories I will contact Jim. He is the grill master. Rick the man that delivered the grill spent the time necessary to make sure I understood the grill working and made sure I was ready to cook. Highly recommend the team at Village Hardware as my go to place for my grilling needs. You can get everything you need with great service. You cant this service or prices at any of the box stores. Customer service at Village Hardware can’t be beat. Rick assembled and delivered my grill, along with a lesson on cooking the perfect steak. I had trouble figuring out the meat thermometer I purchased, so Jim helped me return it (6 months later!) and select a more user friendly thermometer. Nicest staff and I can’t wait to shop there again. Every member is more friendly and helpful than the last.
Much preferred over the big stores. And they almost always have what I need. It's actually gotten even better..well organized (less clutter given the space). I also feel like the staff is top notch. Andy has been a wonderful addition. I generally loiter around to seek him out. Saves me time and he generally knows what I'm talking about and ends up being a great sound board for my projects. "The right tool for the right job" and I'm sold. They're all good people though, a well run store, and that's worth it's weight in gold.
Village Hardware is a true gem! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making every visit a pleasant experience. I love how well-stocked the store is—I always seem to find exactly what I need (and a few things I didn’t know I needed!). It’s refreshing to shop at a locally owned business where customer service actually matters. I’ll always choose a mom-and-pop store like this over a big box retailer any day. Highly recommend!
We love the Village Hardware store! I have noticed many wonderful improvements to the store recently. The staff is so friendly and the store is very well organized. Andrew was so helpful in assisting my father with buying a snow blower for the last snow storm. It is hard these days to find stores where the staff cares and understands the products they are selling. We are very grateful to have such a gem in our neighborhood!
