My grandmother was admitted with the intention of rehabilitation so she could come home. She had a bed sore that was almost healed at the time of entering this facility. Within 2 days her bed sore not only scabbed over, but opened up completely and bleeding. The nurses and wound care did not bandage her bed wound at all. We stated to them this is a form of elderly abuse to completely neglect the state that she was in. Instead of taking accountability the staff starred at the floor as if something was on it not willing to look us in the face. Even down the receptionist. She hurried and answered the phone and would not acknowledge us at all. Only the CNA caring for her that day apologized. We took her out day 2. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility. They truly do not care about the residents they are supposed to be caring for. We also reported them to state board. This experience was very disheartening to not only my grandmother, but my family overall.

The people here are so nice. They are good people who take care of their patients. I felt like family here. One day I came back to my room and needed help. A nurse came into my room and asked what I needed. She was not assigned to my room but told me of course, everyone here is my patient. Everyone here treated me with respect and was so courteous.
The people here make it 5 stars. The therapy here is the best of the best. I loved the individual and group therapy. I enjoyed going to all the activities here and had a lot to do. The nursing staff also treated me well. I am definitely going to miss EVERYONE here.
I enjoyed therapy and everything here. My room was private and peaceful. This is a nice facility to go to. The staff was nice and kind. This facility was recommended to us and I am glad I listened. I would highly recommend this place for others as well
The care was great. Whenever I turned my light on they always came to help me and whenever I needed something they were right there. They were kind, attentive and encouraging. I really enjoyed the activities they had here. If I did not like something on the menu they accommodated me. They were consistent with cleaning my room everyday. I have enjoyed my stay here and loved graduating to the other hall. But I received good care on both halls. I will miss everyone and I am excited to be going home.
