My name is Amanda. I come regularly to visit my dad Chris. As soon as I enter the building I am always kindly greeted by one of the staff members at the front desk. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. They know my dad is a picky eater and accommodate him with something he requests, which always makes me happy and laugh a little. When I visited him with my sister at Christmas time, the lobby area was so beautifully decorated, that I asked the gentleman at the front desk to take some pictures in front of the trees. He did without hesitation and they came out wonderfully. It's always a pleasure coming to Village Crest. My only complaint is that you are out of the stickers on the sign in machine. One of my favorite things was to make funny faces in the screen and then stick the photos to my dad's room wall. He gets a good kick out of them haha Thank you so much for all that you do!

My father has been there for a week now. The staff is extremely supportive and available to help in any way. Everyone is very friendly and makes my father feel as comfortable as possible. I am glad we were able to get him into a place he is being cared for and a place that dad feels safe.
I recently stayed here while rehabing from open heart surgery. I found all the staff including administration, nursing, PT, OT, aids, and others to be extremely professional and competent. The facility was extremely clean. The food service was very good with a nice selection at every meal. When calling for assistance, I never waited long, even in the middle of the night. I can strongly recommend Village Crest rehabilitation center.
My Mom was at Village Crest for 7 weeks. The staff was amazing. They were kind and caring from the front desk to the nurses, CNA's, PT's, etc. I would have given a 5 * rating but the food was lukewarm and my Mom didn't always get what she ordered! That being said, my Mom did like many of the entree's..especially the shrimp scampi! I don't know how any reviews said the place was dirty...it was NOT! I would not hesitate to put a loved one in their care.
(1) Alyssa Cormier, LMSW – promised the family that if we kept my 92-year-old mother there for an additional five days while paying for this privately at $340.00 per day that she would get specialized rehab to help her get into a vehicle. My mother never received this extra rehab! It was just a way for the facility to generate extra income and to misled the family. (2) Alyssa Cormier and the administrator work in conjunction to manipulate the family into keeping love ones there that have private long-term insurance policies or family’s that are willing to pay-out-of-pocket. (3) Alyssa Cormier does not return phone calls! I called and left messages as I wanted to know why my mom did not receive this special rehab when I was told that she would receive it and I am paying $340.00 a day. (4) When calling the facility during normal business hours, no one answers the phone and there is no voice mail or answering service. (5) Village Crest was trying to decline her health to get her long-term insurance to pay to keep her there. (6) When discharged, my mom was sent home with another patient’s medication list! (7) I was asked to have a credit card placed on file incase her insurance declines to pay for the care – this is against the law! (8) Village Crest was very interested in my mom’s long-term care plans once they found out about the long-term care insurance policy that she has. I was also told that I would have to pay a much higher daily rate (over $400.00) to keep my mom at this facility if I wanted to use her long-term care insurance. This daily rate would have been charged until her long-term care policy started; about 40 days. (9) I only gave one star because google will not post the review without at least one star!! Otherwise there would be no stars!
