Village Caregiving was my saving grace during one of the hardest times of my life. Casey, Ben and Rachel really do care a great deal about their employees and want their residents to be well cared for. They made a point to send me a tremendous support to care for my mother. Thank God for my mom's aide Michelle. Michelle really loves her job and makes a point to acknowledge and encourage my mom daily. She has become a friend. She has such a beautiful and calm bedside manner. Really, I don't know where I would be without Michelle and the team at Village Caregiving. I have been with Village Caregiving for a few years. I have worked for several other companies in the past, but Casey, Ben and staff have treated me as family. They have gone well above and beyond a employee and employer relationship helping me out in several situations that would be considered more personal than professional. They are always available for employees no matter what the situation and when, to include weekends and late evening. Village is a wonderful company to work for. We have had Village Caregivers for a while now and we have Paul and Shelby that share our hours and they both do a great job. Village Caregivers have always tried to supply my husbands needs whenever our regular caregivers could not be here.
