My mom has lived in this community for 3 yrs. It seems that when the new owners came in , everything changed drastically. Starting with having the tenants break down the patio garden areas. Maintenance is slow, but they do come eventually after calling a few times. Also, never have they fixed the sidewalk outside mom’s apt which is impassable with water when it rains and stepping up to her front entrance is a tripping hazard. We have asked for that to be repaired since she moved in! As a whole, it is a quite senior community—until the last 6 months or so, when tenants under 55 are allowed to live in this senior community! We put our mother here because it was a safe senior community! We do not understand why people under 55 are allowed to live here, especially those that have the police come out for disturbances ? My mom loves her apartment and we do not want to have to move her. Please address the outside safety issues with the sidewalks and people who are under 55 living in this senior community!

Move in was flawless. Kelley was the best manager I have experienced. It's quiet and cozy here. I feel right at home. I don't have any pictures to upload but everything is nice and well kept.
Maintenance crew was great they came in fixed everything at a timely manner they were very professional and polite Thank you much
I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff Kelly was great and very professional and kind. Jimmy the maintenance superman was the best of it all can't say enough about him. Exceptional quality and respectful professional. I really truly miss them. Hope to come back one day to live. Best regards,
I mentioned the sink in the bathroom in #804 was leaking. Someone came and he said needed a new sink. It's been more than 2 months and no new sink. The carpet hasn't been changed going on 3 years. It seriously NEEDS to be changed out. The place where you would put the washer and dryer the door is broken. The thermostat is so old it doesn't click off by itself. Has to be manually shut off. The filters haven't been changed in over a year. The bedroom closet light is burned out. Thank you
