The doctors have always been kind, but the practice itself is terrible. The cash deposit required prior to the appointment has gone up ridiculously in the last five years, I have never been informed of the results of my tests via phone, mail, or email, and--when I request information either by phone or email, I'm charged 10 Euro. If I'm paying you for a service, I shouldn't have to also pay you to request the results that are never sent to me. After 7 years, I am looking for a better option.

Liked the doctor I saw in the practice, but unfortunately, the billing and office is very unorganized and frustrating to work with. Have had to make multiple trips for itemized bills so I can file with my insurance. They have owed me refund, from over charges for appointments. They say they will mail something to you and they do not.
The doctor was very kind, listened, told me everything she was doing, and made me feel at ease.
A very nice practice. As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The doctor was competent, friendly, and provided excellent information. The ladies at the reception desk were also professional and friendly.
Ms. Dr. I found Weichenrieder to be a very competent, nice, sensitive and very hard-working doctor. With a lot of empathy and calm. She takes the complaints seriously and spends a lot of time with the patient. I never had to wait very long for an appointment. Even in urgent cases, you will be offered an appointment at other locations. Good organization thanks to online appointments and very nice employees at reception. I am completely satisfied.
