You will certainly find yourself in an environment that pays full attention to you and your needs. Friendly and sweet nurses and staff make it easier to stay here during difficult sick times. I had to stay in Zorg hotel for the second time and I definitely chose this place again because everything I needed during my illness is available here. Thank you to all the staff and nurses who love to help people like me here.
Wonderful location for rehabilitation after surgery. Nice staff, knowledgeable and alert. Pretty good cuisine. But especially the place, beautiful garden, walking paths to learn to walk again with or without a stick, walker. Exercise room for physio and occupational therapy. Leaves nothing to be desired
Mike was very friendly and adequate on the phone. My demanding sister, well into her eighties, needed all kinds of other care in addition to rehabilitation. Although it was not part of Overbosch's regular duties, all kinds of care workers were deployed to help her. All equally friendly, patient and knowledgeable, excellent feedback and coordination with the family. An example for care in the Netherlands
Called this location regarding emergency care after surgery. What a rude woman who answered. No understanding at all. No idea about customer service and service-oriented work. Considering it was a Saturday, the response was "We can't help you, you should have called during the week." Explained that the operation had been arranged on Friday due to a dropout and the care was apparently not properly arranged. Answer was "I don't care, I can't help".
