After many phone calls and visits to other nursing facilities, we are blessed to have found Villa Maria Nursing Center. The staff is incredibly caring to our family member. They listen and act positively to our concerns. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Very good, excellent. Nursing Manager Richard is wonderful! Also marie and Judy are great CNAs. The food is good. The Therapy department, occupational and physical therapy are very professional. I've been here before, about 7 years ago and I see they've made many improvements since then. I'd recommend this facility to anyone to get better.
The nurses are very professional and attractive! and I had fun at the special luncheons from the recreational activities department for Valentine's Day and another one celebrating black history month. If there's a reason to celebrate, we celebrate each day.
My dad was at this facility for about a month. The staff were unprofessional making comments about smell and how disgusting it was to change my dad. It was until I made a comment that they realized how rude they were. Also, when he needed to use the restroom it would take them a long time to come to the room to help. This is not the level of care we strive to provide. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing these concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Yet, you have negative reviews going back years and your response is the same-thanks for bringing this to our attention and you strive to do better blah blah blah-and you guys STILL HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS, SAME ISSUES AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. People, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and avoid this nursing center at all cost. Go back a few years in reviews and you’ll see that nothing has changed and they have done NOTHING to improve the service they say they will provide to your loved ones!!! The job to care for the sick is definitely not for everyone.
Villa Maria is NOT WORTHY of the 3.9 stars that they have received. The service that my Mother received was deplorable. The staff is inexperienced and inattentive. My Mother was sent to this place for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy but the whole time she seemed out of it and catatonic. There was hardly any physical activity done. She was in the same position everytime I visited. My family and I decided to transfer her to another hospital. My Mother's roommate at Villa Maria informed us that a representative (Jessica) from Villa Maria asked her how she liked the nursing staff and the roommate told the rep (Jessica) that she in fact was NOT SATISFIED WITH THE NURSING STAFF AND SHE WOULD GIVE VILLA MARIA 1 STAR! Jessica asked the roommate to hold her phone so that she could go to GOOGLE REVIEWS and Jessica pressed 5 STARS! FRAUDULENT TO SAY THE LEAST!! DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. If you love your loved ones, DON'T SEND THEM TO VILLA MARIA.
