SO let’s talk about Bradley Estates! For anyone who who’s looking to get in the healthcare field this is an OK spot to start, BUT DO NOT GET COMFORTABLE this place is Very Ghetto! From CNAs who are Lazy, Gossip like it’s HighSchool, to how things operate in general No clear cut communication ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO Pays been wonky from what I’ve been told previously And it’s a REAL favoritism going on which doesn’t make sense! You do your work get a good job an move on. The problem with this place as well there’s been a lot of cool people here who either quit or been fired cause they didn’t get along An don’t even get me started on the multiple state visits? You got rooms that look like they haven’t been touch an yet we’ll actually see housekeepers come in an do they’re thing SOME Residents need to be watch especially with what they do in there room how the hell does a place like this pass state an have potential health code going on from the RESIDENTS? No ventilation doesn’t feel clean enough regardless of what you see is clean There needs to be better management an communication but it’s tough to do that when certain people in they’re department don’t like who they work with or that specific person For people who are grown they act childish Asl this place should’ve been shut down a long time ago

My aunt was here after a fall accident. She became partially paralyzed....She was in this facility for 3 months. It was HORRIBLE. The staff turn over was ridiculous. They left soiled laundry laying on the floor. Left her in wet clothing, There were MULTIPLE employees that wouldn't do thier jobs and had attitude problems. While she was there 2 employees got into a screaming match at the desk. I had a CNA slam a door in my face. They left her in bed most of the day, her PT was a jokea (the PT told her to accept she may not walk, instead of encouragingher too and working with her!). The "social worker" swore up and down she was sending referrals to other facilities. She was NOT!!! I personally found my aunt a new SNF, and I've talked to other SNF who said they never recieved a single referral for her. The patients here are miserable, depressed and left to rot. The state came in 2 or 3 times in the 3 months my aunt was there. I would STRONGLY advise you do research before putting a family member here! The few good employees they had, have since quit. I wouldn't put my dog in this place. Due to being at Bradley my aunt lost 3 mo ths of VITAL rehab time. And had to completely start over. They also missed the fact that her broken shoulder never healed properly because of lack of follow up care. PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! they don't care.
PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES. READ ALL REVIEWS. EXTRA WARNING TO LGBTQ COMMUNITY. My life partner of 35 years was unceremoniously dumped here by his sister. Since we were never married I had no say in the matter. Villa Estates has since refused me any access to him, his phone has been confiscated or restricted. They denied that he is even there. When confronted by police, they lied to them and said he wasn't there. On the 2nd attempt at police intervention it was determined he is actually there, but the police were refused any further information beyond that. I have no idea of his condition or what that condition even is. I can't even get an update to simply say he's "OK" Obviously my next step is through the court system, which could take months. Meanwhile I won't know if he's even alive or dead. LGBTQ people, get your paperwork in order if you have no choice but to put your partner here. The homophobia displayed at this place will otherwise cause you heartbreak.
My name is Billy R. I was there for over a week, it was the best experience on my road to recovery. The staff was so excellent the ladies who were the caregivers there, ( I'm not sure of their proper titles),were absolutely perfect. The rehab team did a wonderful job. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I'm so grateful for all of them , it was just an excellent experience I have given that five stars.
This place is the upmost DISRESPECTFUL. Staff doesn't take care of patients correctly, don't feed them, don't give the patients the correct medicine, don't give them baths or showers, take all the patients belongings shoes clothes hygiene items. My friend and her family walked into this place last week heard her husband screaming for the nurse to change him the nurse was in the living room area watching TV blasting so she can't hear him calling her.
