I have a friend who originally came to Villa Crest for rehab after a fall. Now he is a full time resident and the experience has been great. The facility is small so all of the residents get personal attention and the staff seems very experienced and caring. I can always find someone if something is needed and the staff is in and out of rooms often so any care that is needed is given promptly. Most nursing facilities have unpleasant smells but Villa Crest is probably the cleanest, best smelling nursing facility that I have ever visited. The experience overall has been fantastic and I highly recommend Villa Crest.

Your entry system provides extra security for the patients and staff especially with the photo of the visitors. The only issue would be for those having manual dexterity issues to type information: for example, those suffering severe tremors with Parkinson’s Disease. Then I gather the receptionist would have to assist. All things considered it provides visual identification of all individuals entering and leaving the premises. It is such a great advancement in security and technology!
Most unprofessional and incompetent staff. They DO NOT care about your loved one, all they want is your money. The administrator Nathan told me to get my parents out of there and that he didn’t want them there. My father was extremely ill and the nurse said his vitals were fine. Myself being a nurse, had him sent to the hospital anyways, when he arrived at the hospital he had a 103 fever. His infection was so bad, I’d he waited the night he wouldn’t have survived. The nursing staff isn’t even able to take a temperature accurately. If you truly care about your loved one, I advise you stay FAR AWAY from Villa Crest.
My dad just moved into the assisted living area. Everyone has been wonderful and he is very happy. A new neighbor visited while I was there. It's great to see him making friends!
My mom entered for rehab 2/19/24, nursing staff & LNA s where all very attentive & friendly in the South Unit. Mom's stay turned into long term care & is now in the North Unit all nursing staff & LNAs are very attentive & friendly too. Front desk staff are wonderful as well as all of the office, admin ,social workers, PT restorative care, Kitchen , Laundry house keeping, & maintenance staff. Over all mom's been happy there & I'm pleased with the care that she recieves there.
