From day one the staff was caring and attentive. CNAs, Therapists, nurses, administration staff, support staff-the list of people that made sure my needs were met and my questions were answered is long and complete. The activities department gets special mention because their job takes extra creativity and patience neither of which rarely seemed to run out!

My loved one has been there since August and it’s horrible. The smell is terrible not clean at all. They haven’t given her any proper care or address any of the needs as to why she’s there from what I observed. They just let people sit there until they die. I do not recommend this for anyone.
Love Villa at the Park!!! They take such good care of my family member! James and Jamie are really professional and on point! Always get me to talk to her right away! Rick really hold down the recreational area making sure the residents active and moving!
This review is long overdue. My aunty has been in Villa at the Park for a year and a half. Villa at the Park is highly recommended and provides consistent great care. All of the staff from the front office to nursing, assistants, activities, maintenance and anyone that I have come in contact with, has been kind, caring, listens to concerns and addresses questions. The facility is cleaned regularly and does not smell. The activities for the residents bring joy and are fun to be a part of. There is always a celebration and the holidays are made very special for the residents. It is visible that the staff cares about their residents and their families. It is very difficult and scary when we have to leave a loved one in a facility but Villa at the Park has made this transition a positive experience. This is not the first facility that my family member has been in, the one before was horribly negligent. Thank you great people at Villa at the Park - I appreciate you !
If you love your family don't take them to this place. The killed my uncle on his birthday and has yet to call his siblings out of state. They sent him straight to a funeral home instead of a hospital. They would not let his family retrieve any of his belongings. My mom always called to talk to ny uncle or they would call her back so he could talk to her. Since the day my uncle died they stopped answering any calls from Mississippi.
