Had a meeting with some of the higher ups today and went well. All our concerns were attended to and will be met. I am confident he will be better taken care of and I am happy to recommend this place as a hospice place of living such as our situation. The staff is friendly and is attentive. Any specific requests they are on it.

The workers I encountered were very nice. The friend I was visiting seems to be taken care of well and I’m grateful to see he was comfortable. The sheets on his bed were stained and looked dirty, that was a little disappointing.
this particular villa IS THE WORST I’VE EVER SEEN as far as a nursing home ! management is by far the WORST part of this facility . the DON and administrator do not have ANY sort of problem solving skills AT ALL . the building is ALWAYS understaffed 9/10 and they do not care at all ! instead of allowing CNA’s to pick up shifts , they’re counting overtime hours and denying pick ups because they don’t want to pay the money and the residents have to suffer because there will literally only be 1 aid to 22 people !!!!! THEY SUCK ! they don’t thank the workers with bonuses or just even feeding the workers ….. they show no appreciation but have no problem trying to pick with the employees about minor issues when they should be concerned with PATIENT SAFETY !! i’m surprised this place is even still open . very poorly ran building and just disgusting work ethic from emma the DON and shariann the administrator . they have no type of leadership qualities instilled in them at all . bless the nurses and CNA’s who have to constantly work short , they should strike !
My husband is receiving wonderful care at Villa at Parkridge. The staff is so friendly and caring towards him. And he can be a bit extra. However, I’ve observed how they care for not only him but other patients with respect and dignity.
Clean facilities; friendly professional staff. Zell and others have cared for my mom for years and have done a fantastic job. Very much appreciated
