Very loving care for my demented aunt and by far the best nursing home in the entire region! We first obtained personal impressions from numerous facilities in the area and also had to find out because of an emergency. The experiences in this house were truly unique. We always found the entire team to be more than hard-working, natural and motivated. Even though my aunt wasn't always easy to deal with and hardly anyone could say anything to her, we managed to find a loving and good approach to her here. I can only warmly recommend the house and am happy to answer any questions! Many thanks to the entire team, who did an excellent service from the start to the worthy end! 1000 thanks!

This rating applies exclusively to the dementia unit. The nursing service management seemed unprofessional and spread a bad mood. The residents spend the whole day sitting in the kitchen. Taking a nap at the kitchen table can't be healthy. The 2 stars are for the three hard-working ladies from the nursing staff, who always treated the residents and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner. Thanks for that. Our mother recovered well physically and mentally after moving to a new facility.
My mother was in the villa on the dementia ward for six months. The first impression was great, comfortably furnished in the style of the older generation. Everyone found themselves in their own lives. With Corona things started to get uncomfortable. We had no contact with our mother for over 2 weeks, not even by phone. When we were finally able to visit mother again, she seemed sick and confused. When we asked for a doctor, we were told not to call a doctor for such small things. My mother did not receive medical treatment for about 6 weeks. According to the nursing staff, there was no doctor in all of Adenau. It was very difficult to get in touch with the home management. My mother was very unwell and felt uncomfortable and excluded. Since she has been in another facility, she has recovered very well and has really blossomed. It was definitely the right decision to move mother. I could write a lot more, mother was in absolutely bad hands in that situation. villa Keep an eye on your relatives.
