Vienna Springs is an exceptional assisted living facility. It provides everything you could possibly need for your loved one—and more! What truly makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. Karlee, in particular, was outstanding during my mother’s admission process. It made me feel confident that my mother’s needs would be top priority during her short-term stay. A huge shout-out to the wonderful nurses, aides, PT staff, kitchen crew, and cleaning team.They all took the time to understand my mother’s needs and preferences, which made her transition from the hospital to the facility much smoother. My mother and I both agree that Vienna Springs feels like a home away from home!

Every since my father has been in Vienna Springs, my siblings and I has been truly pleased and grateful with the service. He is more involved in socializing with the other residents. Found two special friends. Mr. Ralph and Mr. Don. At his last nursing home he did not socialize like he is doing now!. My dad is so happy there, because of how good he is being treated and cared for. My family and I, Thank God for Vienns Springs! 👏👏👏
My Dad had been in a facility where he told me all he did was get out of the bed, take his meds look out his room window and not much else. His health was not good at all. In fact it was going down horribly since he had been there. Me & my siblings made the decision to move him into another facility and it was the best decision we could have made with his approval. Vienna Springs Health Campus in Miami Township is so family oriented. My Dad is extremely happy with the facility, the staff and the care there. He told me that he never felt "at home" in the previous facility but when he was recently in the hospital, he said, referring to Vienna Springs, "I am ready to get back home to "Vienna Springs!"
Vienna Springs has been amazing for my family and I! We had moved my grandmother into their Independent Living earlier this year, and it was the best decision we have ever made! The campus is beautiful and clean, the food is great, and the staff is as friendly as they come! I would recommend anyone to go take a tour of the campus and you will feel like you're in a hotel not a senior living community! My grandmother has done a 180 and is back to her old self, socializing, smiling, and having the best time! Vienna Springs really puts their residents and families first!
I can't thank you, enough, Vienna Springs! When your father is virtually blind and deaf plus has no mobility due to his hip, you really need to have trust and confidence in his caregivers. The entire roster of doctors, nurses, aids, PT, and kitchen staff couldn't be more spectacular here. My dad required a lot of help over his month-long stay and no matter how busy they were, they always treated him with warmth and kindness. He felt comfortable here, which meant the world to us. He was always commenting on how wonderful the food was. In comparison to other facilities we toured, the furnishings make it feel more like home than a nursing facility. They had nice seating for visitors too. Dad is home now thanks to getting his strength up with awesome therapy and being well nourished in a positive environment. You will always be our first choice for care, thank you!
