My mom was taken care of by a team of angels here at Vienna Manor. I was nervous about the idea of moving her into a new place away from her home. But I knew she needed to be in a place where she could interact with others, have 24/7 personal care for all of her needs, nutritious meals. I went to visit Vienna Manor to meet the staff and see the home before choosing a place for my mom. I immediately knew this was the place for her even though I had planned to visit 8 other assisted living homes that day. It was extremely clean, there was a lot of natural light, the staff was warm and friendly, and they offered a nice food menu and activities calendar. I rated it a 10 out of 10 in my notes! Of the other homes I visited, not one home ended up coming close to a 10. My mom lived a very high quality of life at Vienna Manor. She was given the best care from passionate caregivers who truly love their work and show it through the level of care and attention they give to each resident every day. My mom thoroughly enjoyed the food at every meal. She always told me the food was fresh, tasted great, and that there was a large variety of protein, vegetables, and fruit. She made relationships there and shared stories with me about them. My mom also loved the outside area. She enjoyed getting her vitamin D she would tell me! Vienna Manor is also a comfortable place for visitors to come see their loved ones. I will miss the staff at Vienna Manor, and I am so grateful to them for giving so much love and care not only to my mom but also to me, especially when I needed it the most when she passed away. They are all angels doing such an amazing job.

My mom spent the last year and a half of her life at Vienna Manor after leaving a different facility that was problematic. The Vienna Manor staff were all amazing, they treated mom with such love, care, patience and respect. The house is a warm and lovely home, kept immaculately clean, the food was always good (that was very important to mom), and the women who work there treated not just mom, but mom's children and grandchildren with plenty of TLC. If I have another loved one in need of memory care, I would not even check out other options, I would move them to a Vienna Manor home without any concerns.
The staff at Vienna Manor is the very best. They are all competent and loving with the residents in the House. It is obvious that they all genuinely care about the senior adults they are working with, and are not just there to earn a paycheck. My mother feels completely safe with the staff, and loves to laugh, dance, play games, and share conversation with them. I do not feel that she could possibly be in better hands than she is with the staff at Vienna Manor.
As a transportation provider, we interact with numerous assisted living facilities, and Vienna Manor truly stands out. All of their homes are exceptionally well-maintained with the ambiance that exudes warmth and coziness. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, attentive, and deeply committed to providing top-notch care for their residents. Vienna Manor's reputation for excellence is well-deserved, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones. When the time comes, we would undoubtedly consider Vienna Manor as the ideal place for our own parents.
We’ve been so incredibly pleased with Vienna Manor on every level. After extensively researching many of the elder care homes, small, medium and large, in the Northern Virginia area, Vienna Manor has been a complete revelation. Following our brilliant and loving father’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis a couple of years ago at a much younger age than we were expecting and the excruciating process of trying to put the pieces of our lives back together while providing him with the best care possible, Vienna Manor has been a shining ray of light in the darkest of times. In addition to their unmatched dedication in meeting his physical needs, our father feels completely safe, comfortable, respected and loved. He responds well to their humor, warmth, sincerity, and obvious commitment to their calling. He’s at home here and has thrived in a way we scarcely would’ve dared to hope for. The home is immaculately clean and well maintained, the meals are delicious and of the best quality, the activities are consistent, enjoyable and appropriate and the staff are unparalleled in their engagement and professionalism. All the staff on all of the shifts, both day and night, are invested in learning about him and they pay attention to the small, personal details of who he is as a human being, which enables the most individually tailored care. They do a superior job of meeting him where he’s at physically, cognitively, medically and emotionally in his journey, as they seem to with all of the residents. Their communication with us as caregivers has been open and easy and we really feel like we have the best partners our dad could have. As difficult as this chapter has been, Vienna Manor has provided our special dad with the kind of environment that has allowed us the privilege to continue to enjoy everything we’ve always loved about him.
