As a person living at Victory Lakeside apartments for 7 years I have not felt more comfortable or more safe than I have ever felt before. This is due to the excellent management and individual care given to each resident by Ms. Roxanna B. Her professionalism as well as her expeditious response to situations, helps to make the environment inviting, predictable, and most of all safe. I am fortunate and most of all blessed to have Ms. Roxanna and Victory Lakeside as the place where I reside in the twilight of my life. I was looking for a new place to call home 7 years ago, Both the Ladies I dealt with were so professional kind understanding and went well beyond the call of duty to make me welcome. Ms Roxanna is awesome always has a smile and willing to help, and give good advice. My fellow tenants are great “well some of them” lots an opportunity to meet and greet new friends. Thank you for this apartment complex. I do feel at home. And I can’t leave out the Maintenance Group they are always on point.
Roxanna and Bill are the best Manger and maintenance supervisor, this building has ever had. Both Roxane and Bill are very attentive to the residents concerns, and gets them taken care quickly and efficiently. My mother loves living here! She always talks about how friendly and helpful the staff are. They truly make her feel like family. Always clean, respectful, responsive, & professional. We couldn’t be happier.
Roxanne is a very outstanding landlady. She will help out with anything and has proven herself to be the best of the best. She is the only one right for Lakeside and a beautiful person inside and out.
