Great location close to the Damascus Library & Senior center- right across the street. Safeway in shopping center, Ups Store, post office all in the same area. Great restaurants within walking distance. I encourage if you are looking for a place to highly consider this community.

I worked with Habitat America & Victory Housing on this great new property & know that everything they did was first rate. So much time & thought was put into creating this beautiful development. Property Manager, Kelly is very accommodating & helpful, dedicated in all that she does. Everything is important to her & always gets done. What a wonderful place to call home!
Mandisa is the best. She really help ease the move in process. She help me all my question. She a very sweet lady. She is the best.
It's a Great place for senior to live .nice people 😃 and lots of things to in Damascus MD .my sister Mary lives there.
