My husband and I live here since 2019, we are excited to be at Victory Forest. Our manager, Mrs. Berwald does a great job up-keeping the property inside and out. We love the work done to the parking lot. The new carpet in the lobby looks great. Ms. Berwald is always helpful and professional. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her. She loves the residents. I'm so happy we decided Victory Forest would be a good home for my father. The resident coordinator, Tomii Banks, is amazing. I feel safe with her being at the property to advocate for my Dad. Ms. Banks communicates clearly and with ease. She is very efficient and a joy to be around. Thank you Ms. Tomii for being genuine and amazing!
I see I did a review and told the truth about what was going on here at victory forest I am a Christian and do tell the truth .. I think it’s sad how they make up reviews and put people’s names on them this place is not what I read in certain reviews they don’t sound real I know she begged me to give a good review but I don’t lie for anyone .. yes my place been broken into 8 times the police took reports the office know about them like the officers say it’s inside job someone has a key here and I can sit in your house and someone still tries to come in not knowing you home that’s suspicious. And soon leave out someone comes in they break the cameras the bathroom got painted no one knows anything house smell like smoke and you don’t smoke it’s a lot of questions that need answers all my important papers disappeared the information they want at the office is not sufficient they charge late fee if u pay after the first which u have till the tenth … family members to staff coming up cursing their family out that’s staff here calling them names saying how they stealing money from tenants that’s scary it’s a scary place to live I am not scared to speak up a lot of the tenants are I am praying we get a new staff it will be better here it’s not as good as it may seem to be trust me I know and I know a lot. That’s going on far as drugs and everything in this building and office. I know a lot, and they still won’t transfer me out of here no matter what people come in my apartment and do they still let them get away with it they be changing the cylinders because after they damaged, they have another choice but to put the same soldiers back, but I take pictures I will be showing some of the break-ins have my door damaged
My mother just moved in Victory Forest apartment. The building itself is nice and well kept. It is quite and peaceful here. The maintenance staff is prompt and competent. The maintenance staff is attentive and that makes you feel home. The language barrier (my mother is limited in English) is not even a problem. My mother is very pleased with professional management. Everyone in the building is pleasant , polite and helpful with questions. The management staff is caring and professional. My mother is happy to leave here. Laura Kamemura
If I could I wouldn't give any stars. These people are the worse. They don't care about the senior residents period. They break into your apartment and act like they don't. Maintenance goes grocery shopping in your apartment. They do drugs and all sorts of stuff in your apartment. You can call the police, talk to the property manager and whoever else. Nobody cares and nobody does anything. You have elderly people who die and be left in the apartments for a very long time. Nobody does wellness checks. The whole staff will rob you blind and act like nothing happened. You will get over charged for your rent so they can pocket the rest of the money. Please don't allow any of your loved ones to move here. The elderly tenets are afraid to speak up because some don't have no family or anywhere to go. Smh ya'll pay people to put good reviews. Ya'll need to be closed down, for what ya'll do to the tenants.**To the proprty owner no disrespect to you, but honestly you can't say what's true or not because you don't live there on the property. When you have other tenants who go through some of the same issues and are afraid to speak up. Question are you going to replace items that were stollen? Question are you going to look out for the tentants? As a business owner ya'll have employees who fall short on their job duties. If things was as good as these other reviews say, then none of this would've happened period. So don't tell me what's true and not when you don't be there often enough to know. Let's not go any further when my brother works for a moving company. He moved a lady out who went through the same things. Let's just make sure ya'll put security cameras in the hallways for all tentants protection. Ya'll just care about getting paid, and pretending that nothing bad goes on here. Let's not drop names on what employess are doing what. YOU NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF.
