The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are very nice and perfect for my father-in-law needs. As we toured Daisy the residential dog greeted us. They have many amenities to offer. Activities, meals, bus trips for shopping, laundry and cleaning done weekly. These are just some of the things they offer.
I cannot say enough about Victory Centre of Bartlett. The excellent staff and extraordinarily friendly residents here truly make this community special. You can rest easy knowing you and your loved always feel welcome and cared for here. Jorie, Melissa, Nicole, and Luz are just some of the amazing staff here, who make Victory Centre feel like home for so many. If you or a loved one are considering Supportive Living, definitely check out this wonderful community.
A couple of years ago, my family agreed it was time to look for an assistant living community for our elderly parents. We asked people for referrals while researching local communities ourselves online. After visiting other communities, we picked Victory Centre of Bartlett. From day one, we knew we made the best decision. They were very helpful during the application process, the staff is well trained and very professional, leadership communicates to the residents and their families often so everyone is informed and updated on various topics, the services and activities they provide are excellent, it's a very safe and clean community, and, our parents now feel that this is their home! Most importantly these days, Victory Centre has done a superb job managing the COVID situation. They strictly adhere to CDC and other federal/state/local health guidelines, and, communicate regularly to residents and families on everything they are doing to keep the residents safe and healthy. The entire team has worked tirelessly on this and their record speaks for itself. My family truly appreciates all they do managing the pandemic properly to keep the community safe. Thank you!!!!! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PUTTING YOUR LOVE ONES IN THIS PLACE!! The amount of rudeness I received from the RECEPTIONIST is insane. I toured this facility with Michelle which was very nice, professional and thorough providing excellent details regarding facility. I called and asked to speak with Michelle (I believe she is the new director) and instead of being transferred to her I was transferred to a nurse.. I called back and the receptionist yelled at me telling me I have the wrong place and hung up on me. I called repeatedly which she would not answer until I called from a different number. If the receptionist is rude I could only imagine how they treat residents. I wouldn’t dare put my love one here.
