Your nursing staff are very competent and your assistants are even more so. Your residence management is a malicious person who has zero respect for nursing assistants. My rating corresponds to the truth. As a caring relative, I know very well how poorly the great nursing staff are treated. Without these nurses, your residence manager would be nothing, so show more respect and respect and this malicious residence manager should be thrown out. This woman is so discriminatory. You are not surprised, but accept this disrespectful behavior of this residence manager because you have no idea about a healthy corporate culture. Finally treat your nursing staff with respect, it's enough. We have a nursing shortage here in Germany. And on the subject of the employment office, I can only say your reputation is ruined at the employment office because you don't properly train your trainees in nursing. You hardly have any practical instructors for this. If you show more respect and regard for employees then fluctuation will be significantly lower. Unfortunately, there seem to be too many tie wearers working for you who still haven't understood this. Went here for breakfast on Christmas Eve, nothing special. What was surprising was that you could hand over your coat but no one was there to give it back after breakfast. Each guest then looked for their own wardrobe.
An extremely unfriendly nursing service management, with impatient practice instructors, as well as specialists who bully and take advantage of students and interns. Nursing staff (except nursing professionals) are considered low and coerced
The staff is very friendly, helpful and patient. Only the food could be better on Saturdays, otherwise the food is good. All in all, Victor's Residence is highly recommended.
