Great place in a beautiful setting .Fact . People are jealous of the place that helps the lower income that are subsidized housing in fact the place gives way to market value on half the people residing there.too say it's a monstrosity quoted by a tour guide in cape may was pitiful. I d call these people misguided individuals. With nothing better to do but sit on thier brains.

STAFF IS WONDERFUL....NO ONE HERE SHOULD HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS....TENANTS SHOULD ADHERE TO RULES....NO SMOKING (EXCEPT DESIGNATED ARES).....DISPOSE OF TRASH AND RECYCLABLES PROPERLY (MY COMPLAINTS)...THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS ALWAYS THERE TO REPAIR AND BUILDING IS AS CLEAN OR CLEANER THAN MANY UPSCALE APARTMENT COMPLEXES....AND DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT TOURIST OR CHURCH BELLS!!
