We are thankful for Ms McDonald hosting and putting together an excellent dinner for Easter. Most of the residents attended. Oh it was great. Excellent food, puzzles, prizes and prayer. Most residents don’t have family dinners so this is amazing that we could enjoy a feast. Especially the hunt we had more fun and did things we haven’t done in over 30 years. Everything was amazing and wonderful to see elderly people enjoying their selves we didn’t want to leave. I know this took alot of preparation on her free time. Thank you Ms. McDonald.

My apartment is next to the machine and laundry rooms, the laundry room hours were from 9:00 am- 9:00 pm before Vesta started managing the property. I complained that tenants were in the laundry room before and after hours and the previous property manager was working with me to find a solution. I complained to the current property manager and she changed the hours from 9:00-9:00 pm to 8:00 am-8:00 pm with the explanation that some people wanted to wash early because they had things to do. There are sixty units in this building and the hours were changed for the minority. None of these people have to hear the scooters rolling across the floor, chairs being dragged , laundry carts washers and dryers running. A noise evaluation was not done before the hours were changed. I have called the tenant hot line all to no avail. I never ask for anything other than my privacy be respected like everyone else in this building. My question is was the laundry room hours changed to retaliate against me for complaining? I don't get a reduction in rent because I live next to the laundry room. There is a lot more to this issue that needs to be resolved.
