Immaculately kept. Grounds are well manicured as well. The management staff is attentive and friendly. I’ve only been here about 6 months and I am still discovering new services available. We definitely need additional parking (I think it mary be in the works). There are some kinks here, nothing is perfect anywhere but Michelle and Tracey trying to iron them out while keeping Patrick the on site building “engineer “.

Great place to live, well maintained! Within walking distance to WaWa. Several different strip shopping centers with grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants in close proximity to the community.
This is a fantastic place. My grandmother lives there and it's truly like being on vacation. Very clean. Very neat. Very active! I would highly recommend Victoria Park at Edgewater for the 55 or better folks!
