Like many people, at first I was hesitant to move into a senior community—or "an old folks' home" as my grandparents used to call them—because one imagines there is a kind of finality about such living arrangements. But once I had settled into Victoria Park and discovered the wealth of friendly, welcoming faces from the residents, and especially the always helpful apartment manager, Helen, and the highly skilled maintenance chief, Eugene, any hesitation I might have felt about moving here evaporated. Also worth mentioning is the wide variety of places, inside and out, to sit and visit with friends, a small library to borrow books from, a hair stylist for the ladies, weekly religious services, and even a regulation size pool table for old eight-ball players like myself. There is also no dearth of younger people visiting their older relatives during the day, a big plus believing that being around the young helps to keep you young. Put simply, it took very little time for me to realize Victoria Park is a well-maintained, superbly managed apartment building and a great place to live.

First off, May I give kudos to the staff (mainly Helen and Eugene). They have never hesitated to help me with any issue. Now, I do have one thing to mention. I have a ginormous tree outside my window that when it’s in bloom blocks half my outside view. The tree has beetles and they constantly fly at my window and just recently there was a woodpecker. I have been asking for this tree to be cut back for a while now and while assured they are aware, the tree hasn’t been touched. I hope this reaches the party that needs to hear it. Thank you
I've lived here at Victoria Park Apartments for the past three (3) years. I love the area, if you want to walk to certain places everything is close by. The staff here at Victoria Park, are kind, helpful, professional, but most of all very friendly.
Victoria Park is a Great Senior Community To Live In. The staff and neighbors are also great. My husband and I are very happy here it will be 2 yrs in December.
I have lived here 17 years. Management is very helpful and friendly. IF Anything gets broken fixed right away. Always clean and beautiful. Nice fitness room...Friendly neighbors....❤️ it here.
