Velserduin is officially called a residential care center. People can recuperate here or continue living if that is no longer possible at home. What not everyone knows: almost every Sunday a Eucharist celebration is held to which people of other denominations are of course also cordially invited.
Don't leave your beloved parent here, they are abused, laughed at, not taken seriously and neglected. They see no need to call a hospital so your loved one dies from the consequences of their negligence.
During the months that my husband lived here due to dementia, he received fantastic care and treatment. All praise for the nurses. Thank you!
Great home for anyone who needs help, physically and the elderly, everyone does their best and is very kind to the residents! If there is anything that could be improved it is the food, but it is doable
