Good afternoon I’m gonna rate Veranda village. The manager can somewhat be rude on some days, and not so rude on some days. Please make sure that even though when you are closing and you’re signing those papers, even though she may present those documents to you very fast as if she’s helping please make sure that you read the documents because I lost my full deposit and it’s entirety due to signing papers quickly because she was Acting as if she was trying to get me into the apartment quickly so please be very careful to read over every document and don’t just do it. She say sign the documents please don’t be railroaded.

Mrs. Kristen is great! She worked with me every step of the way. She even came into the office while not feeling well just to be able to get my move-in finalized. There were a couple minor repairs that needed to be done and she had Mr. George there within a couple hrs to repair. He is changing the door handle on the storage area tomorrow and things should be done. I'm settling in and then will try to meet my new neighbors. I'd like to add that Mr George came back and changed out my storage room door lock the next day. I appreciate the prompt response to my concerns. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first week here and the neighbors I have met are very friendly. It's good to know everybody watches out for each other in our little community.
In my search for a much needed life change, I came across Veranda Village, and loved so many aspects about it. It is within reasonable travel distance of Savannah and Tybee Island, a stone's throw away from grocery stores and restaurants, this place even has patios and balconies which was a big deal for me since I love sitting outside for fresh air. Kristen, the property manager, is very easy to talk with and is as helpful as they come. Having a property manager that I can feel comfortable communicating with is a definite bonus. As with any other apartment complex, there have been a few repairs needed, but both Kristen and George (the current maintenance technician) have followed up on my needs in a timely and efficient manner. Moving here has been a dream come true for me, as I've always wanted to live near the coast, and I look forward to calling this place 'home' for years to come. Thank you, Kristen and George, for everything you do for your tenants!
I just went through the process of renting an apartment. Kristen the office manager was amazing! Stayed in contact and also worked hard on the whole process. She was very friendly and kind. I'm very thankful this is my first apartment and my first for the process. She was amazing with explaining and even answering any questions! I'm so very thankful and am excited to being a resident with my son here!
Kristen was amazing at helping me gain an apartment after being in a shelter for 2 months. She was patient, kind and supportive throughout the entire process and worked hard to make sure the apartment I was moving into was safe and comfortable before moving us in. I really appreciate the time and effort she gave us and look forward to living in this quiet neighborhood. Thank you Kristen!
