342 S St Andrews St, Dothan, AL 36301, United States
The building is 44 years old, the hallways are hot during summer and cold during the winter. The P-Tacs are out dated and in need of replacement. The management doesn't care about you and they give you no reason to evict you. These folks are going to face potential legal action via Wreckless Endangerment and that's a Class A Disamenor. I wouldn't recommend them period. Move out and leave. Maybe an empty building will give them the hint to change their ways.

I don’t live here so I can’t tell you about the living conditions although there are roaches crawling in the hallway. I have delivered to this location and it smells horrible. I don’t feel safe when I’m there is there are a lot of people lingering around and after touching the elevator and doors, I immediately use sanitizer when I leave because it just seems like the most unclean place you’ll ever go into. But again the smell is so bad at this place.
This is a great place for the elderly and disabled. It's clean, safe and secure.
Staff is loud and rude. "You Are Not Welcome Here" is the overall daytime feel and definitely the same at night when the doors lock and no visitors are allowed (@ 9 😳) . Rooms are cold and uninviting and the hallways are confusing and smell weird. Not exactly a place I'd want to call home but I commend them for being income based.
I don't or haven't lived there. I have been to this place several times to deliver items. The smell is horrid. It takes your breath away. And the elevator shakes. Scares the hell out of you especially going to the 8th floor and already having a morbid fear of heights.
