Thank you to Johny, the General Manager, for his compassionate leadership and the dedication of Laura, the Care Manager. The kindness of the nurses and the day to day staff helping the residents is genuine and appreciated. Lindsay the customer support manager is so lovely and helpful as is Fiona at reception. The variety of daily activities and outings keeps the residents engaged. They also have a hairdresser and a lovely little coffee shop overlooking the fish pond. We know our loved one particularly looks forward to the morning and afternoon teas, complete with delicious treats, on a daily basis. This is truly a genuine caring care community.

The staff at Varsity Views are the most caring and understanding you could ask for. They are always smiling and there to help my mum whenever needed. The social calendar and activities keep my mum mentally and physically active. The residence and facilities are always serviced and clean. There are many meal choices on their daily menu as well as their in house cafe. I highly recommend.
Positive happy feeling reflected by all staff & so very helpful with everything. Admission for my family member went extremely well & now they're saying they love it there. I am so grateful to Opal staff for taking such good care.💖
