This place is dirty smells bad I live here it’s been 4 years of hell im on the mental heath floor with no counseling I dnt even kno why im on this floor very few of the staff is nice the rest are ignoring what you say and are rude they dnt even speak English some of them that work here dnt even understand English this place smells like a dirty hamster cage that’s what it reminds of thank god for the good staff not many but are great medications are never on time they don’t have a reg nursing staff we never kno who will be working they have some regular nurses the rest are agency nurses all and all it deserves the one star for the staff that’s good to us

My sister is a resident at Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. She is in the nursing home there. She is very happy there. The nursing staff and all the people who work there are wonderful to all the residents. I gave Vantage 5 stars for excellence!
My family and I are very pleased with the care my mother is receiving. The Staff is wonderful and very attentive towards the care given to my mother. They are very compassionate with their whole team approach and also very supportive to the family and our feelings.
As a Liaison I work closely with residents, families and the entire team at Wakefield Center. The staff are very attentive to the residents and treat each one as if they were family. The staff are always offering fun activities and the building is exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Wakefield Center to anyone looking for top quality care.
My mom was able to be treated in the rehab to gain her strength back after fallen ill. Mom stayed there for about 2weeks before moving to the Alzheimer’s unit, still receiving rehab daily. As everyone would think nothing is too good for their mom, this place was exceptional, from the entertainment, activities, and therapy to the professional staff, management, nurses, aids, and everyone that made mom feel welcome. We now know a great place for mom, if the need is ever again. Thank you all!
