My brother law was over in skilled. In August. He went for heart surgery and you didn't have a bed for him. We understood. You all took great care of him he was walking to the lunch room made a friend and was up watching TV. He could always look out his window to see if I was home . Unfortunately he took a turn for the worst and never made it back. He passed away at hospice VA. Thank you for caring for him and taking great care if him. You all showed the most care for him then the other places. Shawn

Extremely disappointed when we requested the CNA use the gait belt for my grandmother (because we were told they are requested the CNA (Zayah) rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. :( so disappointed in the lack of following protocol as well as the terrible attitude
My 95-year-old father spent 3 weeks in VVV Skilled Care after having spent 2 weeks in the hospital with borderline pneumonia and severe overall weakness. His time in the skilled care at VVV was life altering - in a great way! The staff took such good care of him. He loved to banter with them and they treated him in such a loving and caring way. They fed him amazing food that he still talks about! They made sure he understood his therapy and cheered him on so that he was encouraged to keep improving. His room was very clean and had a HUGE window so he didn't feel like he was trapped in between 4 walls. They let us hang up pictures to keep us close to him even when we weren't there. And guess what? He is back home, scooting around the house I grew up in (with a walker) like a champ. My 88-year-old mother is thrilled with the turnaround. My parents are on a waiting list for one of the apartments at The Manor in Valley View Village because they loved the care he received and the conscientious staff that made Dad's stay a great one. I can't wait to get them into their new digs and enjoy the Valley View Campus again! Thank you to all that worked with my Dad. You are all a blessing to our family.
We have been so happy with the kindness, care, encouragement and love given to our Mom and to us for her years in Assisted Living and now at the Health Center. It was difficult to move Mom to the Health Center during Covid-19 restrictions when we couldn't go to help get her settled. We can't express enough thanks to Alexis, Housing Director, and the Handyman who not only moved Mom's things but hung pictures, unpacked and arranged her things to make her room familiar and homey. Alexis took pictures so we could see that Mom is in a lovely, clean facility. The staff at the Health Center has been helpful to answer our many questions. Mom is already enjoying meeting new friends, activities and she especially enjoys the worship service and music. THANK YOU, THANK YOU TO ALL THE CARING, WONDERFUL STAFF AT VALLEY VIEW VILLAGE!!!
I have attended different activities at Valley View Village for the last few years. I have always been so impressed with the kindness and professionalism that the staff shows to the residents. I was so happy when my grandmother was able to move to Valley View this past year and she has only confirmed that Valley View is an amazing place for her to live. I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and comfort they give her.
