My dear aunt began living in the Valley View Retirement Community many years ago and once she was no longer able to live in a home of her own, she was transferred to the Assisted Living Area located inside the Retirement Village! She has had nothing but good things to say about her personal experience with Valley View. The beginning of 2024, I was hired at Valley View for a Part Time Receptionist position mainly on weekends and I got to see first hand how the Staff employees @ Valley View are exceptionally kind, considerate, friendly and caring as well as passionate about their residents in every way possible. They offer good meals to their residents. They have great ways of letting their employees know how much they are appreciated by having Food Trucks available in the parking lot among other events for the public to go in and share their lives with the many residents who live in various areas of care within their community. I would recommend them for any loved one who you want to ensure is taken care of in the best possible way possible as well as recommending them for anyone looking for employment somewhere where you will feel welcome and treated with respect and dignity. If you are interested in becoming a resident in this outstanding community whether it’s for yourself or a loved one, by all means, reach out to them and set up a tour there. My mother has been at this rehab facility 4 times. They have always provided excellent care. The therapy staff and the nursing staff are phenomenal. Mom said food services were good. Thank you for being a wonderful organization.
The staff at Valley View are unlike most other places I've seen. They seem to genuinely care about the patients. The premises is nicely decorated and well maintained which makes it feel home too. The therapy cats are a bonus :)
Large, clean facility. We had family live here for several years. Staff were very friendly, ample space to meet and play games, sit and read, and enjoy the space outside. The building is safe, has ample parking, and is a warm place for a loved one to live.
Very well maintained establishment the patients are treated with respect regardless of their disabilities very clean facilities too
