Valley is one of the most loving, compassionate, engaging nursing facilities I’ve ever known! A great group of people, sweet residents, yummy food, fun activities, the list goes on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Some of the people was so nice but a lot from the office to the floor where so hateful. This woman in the office talk to me so bad that it was reason for just because I was telling her my concerns about the rehab. They just kept him pilled up with sleeping pills and depression meds so he slept all the time. His primary Dr took him off it little by little to get him off those meds. The rehab was a joke trying to get him to go to the bathroom they always it is saftey issues and always changed him in bed never took him to the bathroom. Just a wast of our time going there. I would never recommend anyone to go there this is a really bad place. This place for rehab to get the patients back on their feet. They failed my day badly. He has been out two weeks from there already walking up a hill at home yes with assistant right now but he does make to the top of that hill and is about 50 feet. Some where so kind to us and need to learned to be kind to each other especially to the elders. We all are going to get old, would you want to be or your love ones to be treated like we got treat like at valley rehab. Think about before treat the elders bad and I know they get upset sometimes but put yourself in there shoes they scared to death to even into a place they never been before. Just show compassion to them they deserve kindness and do your job help them and work with them to get on there feet again. Please help think about your lives ones in that same situation. God bless
I love this place. After 14 years I still enjoy my job each and everyday. My employees are fantastic, my co workers are committed to providing the best quality care possible. If you are hungry then this is the place to come. Quality home cooked meals, fresh ingredients with lots of options. Come check us out!! You won’t be disappointed.
Having my Mother at Valley for long term care was the best decision I have made since she has been unable to stay at home. The staff genuinely care for her and she adores them. She has gained weight since living there and feels safe and secure. I can't say enough good things! :)
