Valley Falls terrace and their staff have been great to my step father in law. The staff is friendly and welcoming at all times. Gina McCullough, their business manager, has been amazing. She has helped us navigate waters we had never been through, giving us clear direction and help. We know it was because of her and her knowledge that everything has gone as smoothly as possible.

My Grandmother was in here because my family just couldn’t take care of her like she needed, 9 months later after being in there she had lost almost 100 pounds and her health went down hill. They never took the time to try and feed her or take care of her like they were supposed to. After just 2 weeks there all her clothes were gone too! Brought her home and the next day she passed away. I would NEVER recommend taking any family member here! They do NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY THE MONEY! SHAME ON YALL!!!!
My dad was a resident at Valley Falls Terrace for about 2 weeks. He received excellent care . The staff cares about the residents and everyone is kind and smiling . All my questions were answered and my dad’s need were met . He is now stronger and was able to return to his normal routine after discharge . Thank you all for the amazing care shown to my dad !!
My mom was there for rehabilitation . After 10 days I took her out of that horrible place. They would let her lay in bed which she got a bed sore. When she asked to be taken to the bathroom they would tell her to use it in her pull ups. 2 days after I took her out she was in the hospital with a UTI. Someone needs to investigate that place. Also when I was taking my moms clothes out no one offered to help are ask me any questions
My dad was here .He suffered I had to call hospice in.There was one nurse there her name was Samoan she was a great nurse. She seen my dad wasn't doing good and called the ambulance and had him transported to the hospital. No one else noticed.
