This place is one of the dirtiest facilities I've ever been to.My brother is there for rehab thank goodness that's all.hes there for.I went to discuss the problems with the administrator she just gave a look . Well needless to say I told her I was going to call the state and report the the filth. She did say she would talk to the manager over house keeping. I dont know if the place was cleaned up or not I couldn't drag myself back m in there. When you first walk in you can smell poop for a lack of a better word,there is mold growing around the windows and other places. There was something running down the wall I dont know what that was. This was in one room can you imagine was the rest of the place looks like. Saber,you should be ashamed to run a place like that. You should put your loved one in there and see first hand how things are.

My mom was admitted today and she is a spark plug! The staff was awesome when we got there and helped us in. Alisia was our hospital liaison and made the process into the center very smooth After we got to the room my mom decided she wanted to leave, but she met a force to be reckoned with. Tasha has an amazing personality and was able to make my mom feel comfortable. I believe she sincerely cares about the patient and making them feel comfortable. The nurses were extremely awesome, I cannot remember the nurses name who was taking care of my mom but she was EXTREMELY personable and very very helpful. I will try and update this review when I discover her name, I feel it is important to give credit where it is due. Getting a parent into an assisted living facility isn’t something anyone wants to do, however if I had to do it all over again I would take my mom to Urbana Health & Rehab!
I applaud the faculty and staff for their immediate care and attention given to my family. The safety and care of the patient is their number one goal. I contacted them on a weekend with an immediate need for care for my father which was addressed and resolved within hours. Phone calls and contacts were made to take the stress off the family so we could spend precious time with our family member. Thank you for doing such an incredible job. We are blessed to have such a great facility available to our citizens with nurses and staff that love their jobs because it shows in everything they do.
I have had a few distant family members in this facility in the past years. My most recent encounter was during the worst of the Covid pandemic. Although they are all so busy and working their hardest, they answered all of my questions with kindness and respect. The nursing staff is the most friendly and compassionate. It’s almost like a family reunion when I visit there. While visiting, I asked my loved one if that girl was the residents daughter. And she was not. She was one of her care givers. She was coming in on her day off to give the resident a gift for her birthday. I like the fact that there is always something going on and get the residents involved. My mother has since passed, but I have a fond memory with my Mother. She was not a resident at the time but she always enjoyed watching the other residents during the Christmas party. My mother got the biggest kick out of that. All the gifts, Santa and mrs clause. Thank you for this memory. Thank you to all of the staff at Urbana Health and Rehab for all of their extra hours worked and putting the residents first even before their own families during the pandemic. From the heart. Thank you so much!!!!
My experience with this facility has been nothing but positive. They are very patient oriented and know their residents inside and out. Great communication when working with the clinical team on mutual patients. Thank you for being a great team to work with and all you do every day for your patients and each other.
