Condo purchased 5/2022. A very welcoming community where my mother immediately found friends. The residents are well traveled and many have had interesting careers. Excellent dining 5x/week. Interesting activities such as musical performances and lectures. Building’s public spaces are attractive, comfortable, and well maintained. Some of the best views in the area. I don’t understand why other reviewers refer to having or wanting a room there. These are condos ranging from 1230 sf to more than 2400 sf. FYI this is an over-55 community that offers no medical care or assisted living

While the rooms are beautiful, the service has been sub-par for my grandmother in her final years of living. Indicative of this poor service, they have let tall grasses grow tall in front of the building and along the property line of neighboring Huntington Village, which is against Albemarle County Code Sec. 7-502 (the code says they must keep vegetation short with 75" of easement against a developed property line).
The best retirement living anywhere around Charlottesville. The views from the rooms are amazing. Meal service in the dining room (delivery option available) done by Harvest Moon Catering.
Love this cozy, friendly place. This is definitely where I want to end up in a few years. Save me a bed!
Elegant, clean and spacious. The rooms seem very open, large and have great views. Very helpful staff!
