Staff seem friendly and caring for the men and women who live there. The grounds are beautiful and provide a nice place for the residents to spend time. The cafe on the ground floor is very cheap and the food is nice.

After 2 months I came back again and was disappointed! The cleanliness of the place got worse, the smell in reception was not the same, there were a lot of flies in the place and the bad smell of the bathrooms. The homecare staff on the ground floor is disrespectful to the residents. This is the third time I have seen this happen and they continue with the same lack of respect. I was excited thinking that the place was improving.🙁🙁🙁
Mr ex husband, is very happy there, he is looking really well. The Staff are so friendly, very caring and nice. The patients all seem very happy, everyone are always smiling. The home is very clean and inviting. When it is my turn to have to go to a nursing home, this is where I would live to be. Thank you
The uniting church care centre 'The Marion' provided impeccable care for our mother. The facility, the carers and the uniting church acted as a single entity. Tirelessly working around the clock, patiently supporting and assisting in every possible way to make her stay comfortable, our mother was treated not as a resident, but as a family member. This care was extended to our entire family when it was required with dignity and composure, i am humbled and our family blessed that our mother received the level if care we could only dream of. The Marion is not only an amazing facility, rather it's a community asset, I offer my sincerest thanks to all that made the experience possible.
Not really impressed. In my opinion they failed in their duty of care to my mother, basically disregarding her extreme discomfort from a medical condition, and attributing it to dementia. They also charged the $25 per day activities extra charge for the last 10 days of her life when she was in hospital, mostly comatose and dying. The nepali staff however were wonderful and very caring
