Staff very nice and doing their best. Would be nice if the cleaner who cleaned my mum's share bathroom cleaned with disinfectant instead of just water.. She walked off when I said that my mum needed to go to the toilet. I am a nurse and our cleaners are lovely at the hospital I work in. I took my mum to the toilet anyway as she couldn't wait any longer.

13 reviews 9 hours ago Katrina Finch and her team at Uniting Care Aldersgate Lilyfield need to be acknowledged for all they do. My dad recently was admitted as a permanent resident. Katrina went above and beyond it was the hardest thing I had to do not only did she help my dad settle in she was an on going emotional support to me and mum. Continuously checking in tasking sure we are ok making sure dads needs were all fulfilled. Val the homecare staff member my gosh the tears she wiped the hugs and reassurance forever indebted. you’re infectious smile makes my tears turn into laughs. Corine the lifestyle and kitchen staff member we adore your compassion, hugs and when I sit feeding my dad you treat all the residents with love and care all treated equally with your infectious smile and hugs my dad adores you all and can't thank you enough. Sushila you rock that dining room Pooja your a rare gem and adore your infectious smile. Amanpreet we call you our Blessing and guiding Angel your smile,care,gentleness with dad. The way you communicate and update me is impeccable. You always go above and beyond to assist the families. Your follow ups are nothing to non. The support guidance and nurturing behaviours I can never thank you enough. Nothing is ever too much for you to help me and my dad. You always find a way to make me leave feeling and knowing my dad is safe and secure knowing and seeing you walk in and covering him with his blanket Kindness and love at another level. Shruti you calm me and mum with your soft and beautiful tone nothing is ever too much for you. You always go that extra mile. Norah my Goodness dad is always reminding me how caring and helpful you are to him. You are an asset to the team. The only thing that needs fine tuning is the food! Also Dementia patients until the building renovations finish need to be monitored abit more as they are disruptive during visits. Just because you people believe in imaginary people in the sky, it does not give your drivers, whom drive around in your cars, the right to cut people off or run red lights and nearly kill motorcyclists. Please stop stealing money and lives from the community.
Visited a friend, staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and quiet.
