The whole experience was ghastly- to be fair the staff (and they know who they are) did the best they could But they didn’t do a thing about the more dubious ones - the place is all about presentation- I t has lost its soul (mutton dresses as lamb, too few staff who get shafted by CEOs who drop by and congratulate everyone for their 40 yrs of long long long service) I hope you get the true picture- I would prefer to live in a tent
