A very nice aged care facility, the residents are well looked after, the staff are so nice. Very clean as well.
Like all Service Providers (any industry), the staff make the difference. Good bunch at Lillian Martin.
I have a friend in there,she tells me the food is atrocious,she had been there several years, she had problems with the drain in her bathroom, it blocked all the time, she reports it nothing done. Sometimed they donr have enough staff to man the dineing room and she has to eat in her room, very distressing, hardly any activeities she is so bored and constantly says she wants to end her life. When drs visit she said they just stick there head ariund the door, and dont give her time to talk, she has irems and money stolen from her room, she says the whole place needs an upgrade si depressing.
Nothing special just another money making concern at taxpayers expense. Needs more inspections on how these placers operate.
