This nursing home has a horrible smell! The workers all have attitudes! There is never anyone at the front desk! The residents have asked children for cigarettes! There’s this one particular resident that made myself and children so uncomfortable we left immediately! It’s stains on the wall and they have roaches!!!! I have witnessed that some residents don’t get changed for several hours. The workers all seem to be under the influence! I could go on!!!!

U City Forest Manor is family friendly and provides patient centered care. The staff at this facility strives to provide excellent care! Everyone from the administration and leadership to the support staff are responsive to feedback and want the best for each resident that resides at the facility. This facility even has a nurse practitioner on site 5 days a week that is always available for questions or concerns.
U City Forest Manor is a warm friendly facility. The faculty from the management team to the floor staff always tries to troubleshooting daily to make the environment more homey. There's walking testimonies from residents at this facility that shows how dedicated staff is. Please come see for yourself the great atmosphere!!!
In my opinion, U City Forest Manor is an excellent skilled Nursing Facility. The staff is very friendly, warm and compassionate. They exemplify the epitome of CARE for clients. I have have several verbal and physical interactions on both a personal and professional level with everyone on staff from maintenance/facilities team, to the administrative and support staff such as Ms. Carnetha W. who always has a more than pleasant disposition, to the LPNs and charge RNs, who routinely demonstrate exceptional knowledge of evidence based research and desire to provide compassionate care , all the way up to the site manager, Mr. Antoine Wiley, who frequently demonstrates an impressive ability to more than adequately balance the needs of the client with the needs of the establishment/institution. I would recommend this institution to anyone looking for an upbeat living space/home for their loved ones. Five stars all the way around!
U City Forest Manor has totally upped their game! The level of professionalism from all the staff is a trickle down effect from the new management. Everyone is always there to help with what ever the task at hand is. All the staff always has a smile and the vibe of the facility is just fantastic. If you have a loved one you need care for you should definitely have U City Forest Manor on the top of your list. This is an excellent facility in every sense of the word. Really Amazing.
