Tyler’s Retreat took great care of my parent while they were in rehab for physical therapy. They gave a welcome package and kept our family well informed of what was happening. I would like to give a shout out to Wanda that stayed on top of everything. Insurance denied the remainder of his stay due to a mistake and Wanda did what was necessary to have it corrected. She responded immediately and filed the paperwork promptly. She treats patients as if they were her own family members instead of strangers which made his time there comfortable.

I want to thank the team of Tyler's I there for skill services the therapy team was amazing.I enjoy activities alot Michelle she keeps you with a lot of activities bingo was amazing amongst other activities and she was very energetic and always happy. My social worker Wanda was the greatest she is such a blessing to my self and other. Wanda care and you can fell it every time she comes in the room. Wanda comes in early I hear her every morning thanking the staff for being here that shows me and other residents she care even when no one is around. Wanda follows up with my family weekly and every time they come in she stops and speak. Wanda is a true blessing and she loves her job and love people. The nurses and Mrs.Barbara she was on top of my appointment and had a smile on her face all the team. From my family and I to Tyler's thank you.
My family and I are so grateful for the staff at Tyler’s my father went to other facilities and they didn’t give us 10% of what Wanda gave us this lady is truly an Angle from God she set up everything got my dad to all of his appointments following up with me and my family weekly.When Wanda said she is going to do something for you she do it. Wanda make you feel like family and when you are sad she brings you Joy.Wanda is so nice to the staff,residents and family. Wanda hopefully someone shows you this because we don’t have the words to say how delighted we are to know you and your staff at Tyler’s.
This facility is always clean, and there are never any unpleasant odors. I often see patients smiling and content. Some even say, ‘I don’t want to leave,’ on their discharge day—a true testament to the care they receive. Social worker Wanda and the incredible nursing staff are always bursting with energy. This place feels like a happy home for everyone!
The social worker here is an absolute angel! Reverend Wanda Scott genuinely loves her job and her patients and will do anything in her power to take care of them. I am so thankful for her and the job she’s doing for the people we love!
